- Window key+R then run command will be appear.
- Type gpedit.msc in run command.
- Then it opens the Local group Policy editor as shown in figure.
4. Expand User Configuration from left pane of Local Group Policy Editor.
5. Expand Administrative Template node under User configuration and select System node.
6. From the right pane of the window, double click on Don’t run specified Windows applications. the Don’t run specified Windows applications dialog box appears as shown figure.
1 7. Select Enable
option to restrict Windows applications and then click Show button.
2 8. Click Add
button and then type the executable file name of the program that you want
to restrict user from running. for example you want to restrict a user from running
calculator application, type calc.exe.
3 9. Click OK
to apply the changes made.
